Rud Browne
Chairman and Founder
From the very beginning, Rud Browne envisioned Ryzex as a company committed to delivering more value to its customers while accepting active responsibility for our environment. A strong believer in building foundations for sustainable growth, Ryzex has been very consciously built to stand as an example that high growth and profitability can be synonymous with uncompromising ethics, quality, a diverse workforce and environmental responsibility.
Browne currently serves as a board member of the Bellingham Public Development Authority, the Whatcom County Ethics Commission, the Whatcom Community Foundation, the Bellingham City Club and the Western Washington University CEME advisory board. Browne is a member and past Chairman of the Pacific Northwest chapter of the Young Presidents Organization, a member of the Chief Executives Organization, and Rotary. Browne has also served on the board of the Brigid Collins child abuse & family support center; the US Bank of Washington's Advisory board; as Vice President for Ethics for the Vancouver board of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization and other community boards.
In 2006, Inc. magazine recognized Rud’s leadership by selecting Ryzex in the top two of its first ever Inc. Green 50 rankings of the nation’s most environmentally responsible companies. In 2004 Browne was recognized as the Whatcom County Business person of the year and in 2007 as a winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year Award.

Lorne Rubis
President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
To Lorne, Ryzex’s commitment to repair, Pre-Owned and recycling makes our organization, by its very nature, a green company. With both our customers and our environment in mind, he strives to make Ryzex the leading FullUse® services company in the world. Keeping technology in FullUse is the mission. The constant in Lorne’s diverse career is his ability to successfully lead organizations through significant change. At US West, where he served as a Vice President / Company Officer, Lorne was one of only seven direct reports to the Chairman, responsible for the strategic planning process, governance and the company’s worldwide total quality initiative.
After a brief but eventful stint at the LA Kings Hockey Club (where, as VP of Business Operations, he improved operations and oversaw the development of Staples Centers’ and its innovative premium seating strategy) he became VP of Sales then Chief Operating Officer at Multiple Zones (now Zones.com). There, he led the transformation of the company from a business-to-consumer to a business-to-business enterprise, realizing dramatic growth in revenue and e-commerce. As CEO of Stellar One, he successfully took a privately held Internet protocol TV software company to market.

Bob Terwilliger
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Bob joined Ryzex as Controller in 2006, bringing with him a diverse professional background including leadership roles in accounting, finance and operations. As Chief Financial Officer, Bob manages the overall financial functions for Ryzex. This includes ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the worldwide financial statements, managing cash flow and forecasting and providing overall counsel to the executive team regarding strategy and performance.
Prior to joining Ryzex, Bob was the Director of Finance and Fulfillment Operations for Drugstore.com, Inc where he drove down costs per shipment by 60% in the facility he managed, and developed models that brought additional management insight into the cost of operating the multiple distribution facilities. Bob’s career also includes several years in the telecommunications industry working for companies such as Sprint, Nextel International and Birch Telecom, where he developed pricing and decision support models, assisted with mergers and acquisitions and helped to develop network buildout strategies. .
Bob earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Washington State University and holds a CPA certificate. He is a father of five and enjoys various outdoor activities such as coaching kid’s soccer and water-skiing.
Phil Pease
Vice President Enterprise and Regional Sales
Since 1993, when Phil established the services division at Ryzex, Phil has asserted his leadership as a visionary in repair and customer responsiveness. Under his direction, Ryzex Repair has grown 30% each year, expanding from one US location to four with two locations in the United States, one in Canada and one in the UK. Today, in his role as Senior Vice President, his goal is to integrate operations and repair into one efficient, global process.
Before coming to Ryzex, Phil ran the corporate repair facility for Symbol Technologies in California. There, he also held positions as a Final Assembly Supervisor and Master Scheduler.
He holds a B.A. in Business Administration, with a minor in Business Management, from Sierra University. He is certified in Sales Management by the Dale Carnegie Institute, and has spent two years in team-building and people training skills with Dr. Ken Siegel. Phil also volunteers with the Arthritis Foundation.

Chris Glennon
Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Marketing
With more than 18 years of successful management experience, Chris brings proven leadership and sales insight to Ryzex. By leading diverse groups of individuals as a U.S. Army Officer, and various management roles, Chris has become a master of organizational development and change management. Having managed a sales organization for a company that moved from private status to a publicly traded entity, Ryzex recognized Chris’ leadership capabilities and quickly promoted him to his current position in our growing organization.
As the Vice President of Global Sales, Chris is able to put to use his extensive experience managing & growing sales organizations. While earning his tenure as a member of the Executive Team at Zones Inc. he achieved exceptional results by growing the sales organization to more than 250 individuals. Chris has held positions and led project teams in the areas of Strategic Planning, Sales, Recruiting, Training & Development, Merchandising, and Customer Service & Technical Support.
Chris earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of Washington and is an avid musician and sailing enthusiast.

Dave Howard
Vice President, Worldwide Operations
Dave brings 17 years of service experience, in which he played multiple leadership roles, from engineering through to leadership of a $50+ million service business.
Since joining the business in February 2008, Dave has built solid foundations in establishing the Service Solution Division and delivered a 43% growth from the consolidation of departments in his first year.
In his role as Worldwide Vice President of Service Solutions, his goal is to create global solutions for Professional Services, delivering consistent service levels, quality, efficiencies and value to our customers on a global basis.
Dave is also our European leader of Service Sales, Print Solutions, Repair Operations, Procurement, Pre-Owned and Rental. Dave is applying his many years of service experience to deliver turn key solutions to our customers, for improved Customer Satisfaction, increased device productivity and higher return on technology investment through our creative service offerings.
Before coming to Ryzex, Dave worked at Symbol (Motorola) for ten years. Dave implemented and managed Symbol’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Channel Services, with over 3,000 business partners and a $50 million revenue stream. During Dave’s final three years at Symbol he managed the service division for the UK, Ireland, the Middle East and Israel, which represented over 50% of Symbol EMEA service business.
